Conclusion
We knew we were not the users and sought a faithful perspective with respect for religious sentiments. Empathy mapping helped us understand real needs beyond personas

We used AI in our workflow to generate the first wireframes and explore layouts quickly. We then refined the designs ourselves to make them clear and more user focused
